India v England 1st Test Day 3:India lost the historic test
India once again started the away series with a lost against England by 196 runs in the first test.Indian players were not able to handle the swing bowling of England pace bowlers.James Anderson, hero of the day, took five wickets with his exceptional swing bowling.Tremlett and Broad gave good support to Anderson.England pace bowlers utilised the condition to its fullest and dismissed half the Indian side very early.Laxman and Suresh Raina made a fighting half century but that was not enough to save the test.
Dhoni said that they could have played better but the fortune was not with him.All was going wrong for him,Dravid had to do opening,Gambhir came at different number also Sachin viral fever added more pressure to the "Captain Cool" Dhoni.Dhoni was happy with the performance of Praveen and Ishant in the match but he added that they had to work hard in the absence of Zaheer Khan.
England team will remian unchange while some major changes can be seen in the Indian team in the second test at Trent Bridge in Nottingham.
